Director of Sales - Shop Equipment, Americas
SUMMARY:
Travels as necessary throughout the Americas to support your team, Distribution Partners, OEMs, and Service Shops Customers implementing sales, strategy, and marketing efforts for Vehicle Service Group (VSG) shop equipment products for North & South America markets. The shop equipment category includes our Wheel Service product family (Tire Changers, Balancers, Aligners), A/C Equipment, ADAS Diagnostics Systems, and other related shop equipment product offerings. Coordinate and manage the Shop Equipment Regional Sales Specialist (RSS) sales force and coordination with other VSG sales teams and independent representative network in obtaining sales objectives. Communicate with the VSG management, overall field sales force, independent representative network, VSG Key Account Team, and customer base on decisions relating to sales, strategies, policy, and service.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches, articles, and proposals using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have extensive knowledge of ERP (AS400 or Oracle), Salesforce.com, MS Excel/Office Suite, and related business systems software.
TRAVEL:
Willing to travel as needed - including both domestic and international travel.
