Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Sales Operations at Poloniex. The role involves managing sales operations, sales enablement, and overseeing daily sales activities to drive business growth.

Qualifications

The Sales Operations Director is responsible for building and optimizing the sales operation system to improve sales efficiency and management. The position requires close collaboration with multiple departments such as sales, marketing, finance, IT, etc., to provide comprehensive support around key modules such as data analysis, process optimization, tools and systems, performance management, etc., to drive the sales team to achieve business goals.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Sales process and system optimization: Design, optimize, and promote standardized sales processes to enhance automation and compliance; plan and manage sales tools systems (e.g., CRM, sales automation platforms) to improve efficiency and data consistency.
  2. Sales data analysis and performance management: Establish reporting systems to monitor KPIs and trends; support sales target setting, forecast analysis, and performance assessments.
  3. Sales strategy support and execution monitoring: Assist in formulating regional and customer strategies, and track their implementation; provide insights and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
  4. Cross-departmental collaboration and project management: Act as a bridge between sales and other departments to optimize processes; lead or participate in operational projects such as customer tiering, sales subsidies, and regional restructuring.
  5. Team Management and Capacity Building: Build and manage the sales operation team; enhance their data, system, and business capabilities; foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
