Join to apply for the Director, Sales- Lowe's Pro Services North (Commercial) role at Lowe's Companies, Inc.

Location: Can be located anywhere in the continental US. Must be willing to travel 3-5 days a week and have access to a major airport.

Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to drive pro sales and lead a highly effective team of Sales Managers within a specified sales channel (property management, hospitality, trades, etc.). The Director, Sales- LPS will be responsible for achieving the financial objectives of the sales team through developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships, and developing partnerships with Divisional Pro Sales Directors and operations leadership both within and outside of Pro Sales.

What You Will Do
  1. Drive consistent year-over-year sales growth by seeking opportunities to expand Lowe's Pro Sales influence and capitalize on market and regional opportunities.
  2. Lead a team of sales managers, setting executional standards for outside B2B sales programs, focusing on growing the property management segment. Provide guidance and leadership to improve seller skills, productivity, and performance through sales meetings and training.
  3. Achieve sales results aligned with company and pro-specific sales plans by promoting Pro Sales across relevant channels and fostering a Pro-centric culture.
  4. Collaborate across multiple departments within Lowe's and with external vendors to develop strategies that meet customer needs and drive profitable growth.
  5. Maintain relationships with the largest and most important Pro customers.
  6. Stay up-to-date with B2B sales trends and conduct in-depth research to identify new pro trends and key customers.
  7. Report to the VP of Pro Sales on performance, trends, opportunities, and issues.
  8. Develop collaborative relationships with merchandising and operational teams.
  9. Partner with stakeholders such as General Managers, National Account Managers, and Project Support to deliver comprehensive product and service solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business-to-business sales.
  • 5 years of leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience incorporating e-commerce into sales strategies.
  • Experience responding to emerging consumer trends.
  • Experience in home improvement retail.
  • Additional B2B experience is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $126,900 - $211,900 annually. Starting pay may vary based on factors such as location, education, training, and experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. For details, visit https://talent.lowes.com/us/en/benefits.
