Job summary

Socket.dev seeks an senior Sales Enablement leader to build and scale onboarding, certifications, and coaching across US sales teams. You will drive MEDDPICC adoption, develop governance for content, and partner with cross-functional teams to align readiness with growth priorities.

You will own enablement operations, create scorecards for executive visibility, and design scalable programs that accelerate time-to-productivity and revenue impact.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in sales enablement, excellence or related leadership roles.
  • Experience building onboarding, certification, and readiness programs.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and coaching frameworks.
  • Proven success driving adoption and behavioral change across sales teams.
  • Experience designing enablement programs impacting pipeline, win rates, and productivity.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, CRM, learning systems, and AI tools.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive change in complex orgs.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Prior experience in consulting, SI, software/SaaS, or Microsoft partner environments.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding, ramp, certification, and readiness programs for sales roles.
  • Lead methodology enablement and MEDDPICC reinforcement initiatives.
  • Develop growth-play enablement strategies for priority offerings.
  • Design manager coaching frameworks, inspection routines, and reinforcement mechanisms.
  • Govern seller-facing content, playbooks, messaging, and knowledge assets.
  • Manage enablement operations including intake, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Publish readiness and adoption scorecards for executives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops and BI to identify performance trends and coaching opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Presales, Alliances, and Industry Leaders to support growth initiatives.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, career development, and capability-building for sales teams.
  • Build scalable enablement programs to boost productivity and revenue.

Job description

  • Build and scale the seller and manager readiness system across HSO US.
  • Translate Sales Excellence priorities into role-based enablement programs, onboarding journeys, certifications, and coaching motions.
  • Lead onboarding and ramp programs that accelerate time-to-productivity and readiness.
  • Drive adoption and reinforcement of MEDDPICC as HSO's core qualification methodology.
  • Develop enablement strategies for priority industries, solutions, and growth plays.
  • Partner with Sales Excellence, Industry Leaders, Marketing, Presales, Alliances, and Delivery teams to create impactful field activation programs.
  • Design and execute manager enablement initiatives that strengthen coaching, inspection, and pipeline discipline.
  • Establish certification standards, readiness frameworks, and competency models across sales roles.
  • Govern seller-facing content and knowledge management to ensure a single source of truth.
  • Measure enablement effectiveness through adoption, behavioral change, pipeline impact, and business outcomes.
  • Lead Sales Kickoff readiness, activation programs, and ongoing reinforcement initiatives.
  • Leverage Microsoft technologies and AI capabilities to automate enablement administration, reporting, communications, and learning experiences.
