The Director of Sales Enablement is responsible for improving sales effectiveness through best-in-class onboarding, training, coaching, content development, and field enablement programs. This leader will ensure the sales organization possesses the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources necessary to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and achieve revenue objectives.
The Director will work closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Success (Clinical), and Product teams to build scalable enablement programs that drive performance, accelerate ramp time, and improve field execution.
