Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory or materials management.
• Proven track record in leading a 5-step S&OP process for a commercial business.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Transformational leadership experience to support growth and mergers & acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand and supply planning teams to achieve key metrics.
• Drive alignment between Planning and commercial teams.
• Optimize internal processes for S&OP maturity.
• Conduct the orchestra across end-to-end supply chain.
• Facilitate 5-step S&OP for rolling plans.
• Lead planning activities for integration.
• Partner with business leaders for global supply chain design.
• Monitor demand, supply, inventory, and plans.
• Lead Business Continuity Plans for planning function.
• Ensure delivery of inventory targets and reduction of aged inventory.
• Develop talent pipeline for planning roles.
• Streamline work through digital transformation.
• Connect with Corporate Planning at HON level.
