Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Director of Planning in Arvada, CO to drive the 5-step S&OP process and lead a team in supply chain planning. This role requires significant collaboration with business partners and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve growth initiatives and improve planning capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in S&OP and proven leadership skills in a commercial environment. The position comes with a competitive salary range of $169,000 – $210,000 and comprehensive benefits.
As a Director of Planning at Honeywell Technologies, you will play a critical role in driving the 5‑step S&OP process and key initiatives to achieve revenue, margin and cash flow goals for the businesses you support. You will develop close connections to the commercial partners in the businesses and lead a team of supply chain planning professionals. You will collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with key business strategies and objectives, and champion the integration of Honeywell Sundyne into the Honeywell Technologies portfolio after its 2025 acquisition.
You will report directly to the VP Supply Chain for our Process Technologies (PT) division and work along with the business partners in our Arvada, CO location on a hybrid work schedule with three or more days per week in the office. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial performance of the business through support of all growth initiatives, creation of a robust pipeline of working capital and cost‑saving improvements, and driving initiatives that increase our planning capabilities.
The annual base salary range for this position is $169,000 – $210,000.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
