Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a highly capable, strategic, and proactive professional to serve as the Director’s Action Group (DAG) Lead supporting the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Advanced Capabilities organization. The DAG Lead will oversee the intake, assignment, tracking, staffing, and quality control of executive-level actions, briefings, and staff packages across supporting program offices. This position serves as the primary coordination interface between PAE Advanced Capabilities leadership, the Strategic Advisor team, and Program Offices, ensuring products submitted to senior leadership are accurate, timely, properly coordinated, and aligned with leadership priorities. The DAG Lead will also lead a small team of DAG professionals and help maintain an efficient staffing and task-management battle rhythm. The ideal candidate is highly organized and mission-focused, with strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
