Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, biological sciences, or related field with 10+ years in laboratory automation and leadership.
- Experience leading automation engineering teams and delivering pipeline-facing automation solutions.
- Deep familiarity with cell culture and genomics automation; hands-on with major vendors.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of automation experts across multiple sites.
- Partner with scientists to design and deliver automation solutions that fit workflows.
- Develop and implement the RNA automation strategy aligned with RNA Therapeutics priorities.
- Design end-to-end automation systems including walk-up and integrated workflows.
