Boys Town is seeking a Director of Risk Management to lead enterprise risk management, oversee insurance programs, and ensure regulatory compliance across all campuses and affiliate sites. The Director of Risk Management is responsible for leading the organization's enterprise risk management program, including the identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring of operational, financial, regulatory, compliance, and strategic risks. This position develops and implements risk management strategies that protect organizational assets, support regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of safety and accountability. The Director collaborates with executive leadership, legal counsel, compliance, safety, insurance carriers, and operational teams to ensure effective risk identification and mitigation across the organization.

Position is relatively sedentary in a normal office administrative environment involving minimum exposure to physical risks.
