Job summary

Raymond James is seeking an accomplished Director of Risk Data & Analytics to lead the design, development, and ongoing support of data, reporting, and analytics solutions across Risk Management. You will serve as a SME, partnering with Risk Stripe Leads, Segment CROs, Risk Technology, and stakeholders to expand risk measurement and improve reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in CS, Finance, MIS or Risk Management
• 10–15 years general experience; 6–10 years in management
• Experience with risk data, analytics and reporting
• Hybrid work style and US location preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, development, and ongoing support of data, reporting, and analytics across RJF Risk Management.
• Serve as SME on Risk Management data and touch points across roles, platforms, and processes.
• Lead components of the Risk Data & Analytics strategy and manage data transformation, entity consolidation, and risk aggregation for reporting.
• Increase risk measurement by reducing data-related friction through automation and analytics.
• Build stakeholder relationships and translate business, risk, and regulatory needs into data requirements.
