Job summary

Millennium Physician Group seeks a Director of BOI to oversee risk adjustment data reviews and strategy to maximize program performance. You will lead a team, foster vendor relations, and coordinate coding activities across the organization.

Responsibilities include ensuring ICD-10-CM code capture, RAF calculations, and reporting to leadership, with opportunities to implement innovative technologies and improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; 1–2 years related experience and/or training; flexible work hours.
• CRC and/or CPC preferred.
• Ability to interpret safety rules and procedures; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to coding and documentation for Risk Adjustment.
• Develop, train and lead staff to review medical records and verify ICD-10-CM codes and RAF calculations.
• Review clinical indicators and query providers to capture severity of illness and ensure timely data submission.
• Provide reporting to leadership and coordinate with IT to improve reporting systems and data accuracy.
