This Product team is a part of the Risk Adjustment and Quality Domain of Optum Insight. It includes Retrospective and Prospective services and a total team of 45 members - here and offshore. This role will over see one of the product lines, Retrieval Interoperability
Director of Product role will oversee the development, implementation, and strategic direction of risk adjustment products within Optum Insight. Key responsibilities include managing product roadmaps, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading cross-functional teams, and driving performance improvements in risk adjustment operations.
You will be responsible for managing Risk Adjustments Products for payers and/or providers.
There are 13 team members reporting into this role and will work closely with 4 of the product peers.

The salary range for this role is $124,500 to $239,400 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
