Director, Rheumatology Medical Engagement Lead (MD required) - REMOTE

Overview

Join Bristol Myers Squibb as a Director, Rheumatology Medical Engagement Lead, where you will engage in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with healthcare system National Thought Leaders in Rheumatology. This role is regional and field-based, requiring approximately 50-60% of your time interacting externally with investigators and thought leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with National Thought Leaders to discuss evolving care paradigms and generate insights to inform medical strategies.
  2. Contribute to materials for national medical congresses and support strategy development.
  3. Facilitate scientific partnerships and research collaborations, providing insights on study feasibility and leading evidence readouts.
  4. Engage with medical societies, Patient Advocacy Groups, and guideline discussions to promote scientific exchange.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, MD from top clinical practice or hospital centers.
  • Proven ability to develop impactful relationships with high-impact Thought Leaders.
  • Strong Rheumatology expertise including clinical practice, industry experience, and clinical trial knowledge.
