Poshmark seeks a Director of Data Analytics to architect and lead the Revenue team's analytics infrastructure, turning data into actionable decisions in real time.

You will own demand and supply intelligence, build trend forecasting, and develop dashboards that inform executive decisions. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on data engineering are essential for cross-functional impact in a fast-paced fashion marketplace.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in data analytics within consumer marketplace/e-commerce/fashion/retail.
• Experience building analytics infrastructure and translating strategy into data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build Revenue Intelligence infrastructure for Revenue team with single source of truth.
• Translate demand, supply, and sell-through signals into platform health dashboards.
• Develop trend and supply-gap intelligence for proactive actions.
• Create decision surfaces and operational dashboards for CRO and leadership.
• Lead AI-powered analytics integration and scalable data modeling.
• Mentor analysts and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven culture.
