You will define the data architecture for the Revenue function, own the end-to-end analytics stack, and partner with the CRO and cross‑functional leads across Merchandising, Growth Marketing, Supply Partnerships, Product, and Data Engineering to turn data into real‑time business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build the Revenue Intelligence Infrastructure across demand signals, inventory health, sell-through, and seller GMV.
• Own Demand & Supply Intelligence, translating buyer behavior into platform health.
• Drive Trend & Supply Gap Intelligence, surfacing accelerating trends and sourcing needs.
• Create decision surfaces and operational dashboards for CRO and Revenue leadership.
• Lead AI-powered analytics by integrating GenAI into daily workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally and build the analytics team.
• Stand up dashboards for sell-through and inventory health used by Merchandising.
