The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is seeking a Director of Revenue Insights to elevate revenue intelligence across the organization. This role combines strategic analysis, performance reporting, and collaboration to enhance fundraising strategies. Summary: The Director, Revenue Insights serves as a strategic partner and analytical leader responsible for elevating revenue intelligence across LLS. This role leads the development of high-impact insights, performance reporting, and data-driven recommendations that inform senior leadership and drive fundraising strategy. Building on a strong foundation of technical expertise, the Director translates complex revenue data into actionable guidance for campaign teams, regional leaders, and enterprise stakeholders. Working cross-functionally with Campaign Strategy, Business Intelligence and Finance, this role ensures data systems are optimized, reporting is consistent and scalable, and performance metrics align with organizational goals. Through strategic thinking, operational execution, and a deep understanding of peer-to-peer fundraising dynamics, the Director plays a key role in advancing LLS’s revenue performance—relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.

We are excited to share the base pay range for this position is $88,000 to $126,000. The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at LLS we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
