Director, Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
The Director, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) leads the development and execution of pricing, promotion, and portfolio strategies that drive sustainable, profitable growth across our portfolio of snack brands. This role acts as a bridge between strategic leadership and execution teams, translating high ‑ level revenue objectives into actionable plans. Partnering closely with Sales, Commercial Finance, Marketing, Category Management, and Supply Chain, the Director ensures our pricing and trade strategies are competitive, data ‑ driven, and aligned with brand and financial goals.
The Director manages a team of RGM managers/analysts, drives cross ‑ functional alignment, and ensures disciplined execution of revenue growth initiatives across customers and channels.
*This position is a remote opportunity with up to 10% travel as needed.
