The role leads a large RCM team, drives process improvements, reduces denials, and partners with business intelligence, sales, and operations to align revenue initiatives with the company strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue cycle management with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of billing, coding, payer regulations, and revenue cycle processes.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead revenue cycle management team and mentor staff.
• Develop strategies to reduce denials and improve revenue capture.
• Oversee billing, claims processing, and collections.
• Collaborate with BI, sales, and operations to optimize workflows.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and prepare KPI reports.
