About the Role

The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ABA revenue cycle including billing, audit, and collections.

Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and evaluate activities related to registration, charge capture, coding, authorizations, claims submissions, denials, and appeals.
  2. Prepare accurate month-end reports and facilitate monthly meetings.
  3. Track and follow up on appeal statuses and outcomes.
  4. Verify accuracy of codes and charges billed.
  5. Analyze root causes of denials and develop improvement plans.
  6. Provide excellent customer service to patients while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  7. Utilize Central Reach and Google suite to manage patient accounts and collections.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in ABA Revenue Cycle Management, Claims Management, and Billing.
  2. Experience with Payor relations including Commercial, Medicaid, and TriCare.
  3. Proficiency in Central Reach.
  4. Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy laws.
