Position Overview: Leads the strategic planning, design, implementation and administration of retirement benefits programs (defined benefit, defined contribution and retiree medical), ensuring compliance with complex laws and applicable reporting requirements. Evaluates effectiveness of programs, proposing and implementing changes to support the achievement of strategic business initiatives. Establishes the direction of policies and procedures to support business goals while addressing appropriate geographical and business differences. Defines system-wide application of Human Resources (HR) solutions to meet the needs of the business and support program execution.

Pay Range is $75.45 to $120.73 / hour. The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
