Job summary

Ram Realty Advisors is seeking a Director, Retail to lead asset management for a growing portfolio of grocery-anchored centers in infill Southeast markets. The role can be based in Charlotte, NC or Chapel Hill, NC, reporting to the Head of Retail and interfacing with capitals teams.

You will oversee performance, leasing coordination, capital plans, due diligence, and redevelopment initiatives, while managing third‑party partners and ensuring asset value maximization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Extensive real estate asset management experience, especially retail.
• Strong financial analysis, due diligence, and deal evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Asset manage a portfolio of retail centers focusing on grocery-anchored assets.
• Develop property-specific plans to maximize portfolio performance and cash flow.
• Direct leasing, review of loan documents, and management of third-party relationships.
• Prepare and monitor operating and capital budgets and business plans.
• Interface with capital markets and monitor market conditions.
