  • Experience with distressed businesses, in- and out-of-court processes (e.g., Ch. 11).
  • Consumer sector exposure is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus.

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a Director to join their dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in restructuring, turnaround, investment banking, consulting, or a related field, and possess exceptional leadership skills and financial modeling skills—particularly in 13-week cash flow forecasting. This is a high-impact role that offers meaningful responsibility across engagements from day one, diagnosing performance issues, leading financial and operational workstreams, and driving execution across restructuring and turnaround projects.

Key Responsibilities:
