A&M Restructuring Tax Services (RTS) is a team of specialized tax professionals who advise debtors, creditors, and alternative parties on non-routine tax matters in bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings. A&M RTS enables distressed companies to take control of tax issues arising throughout the restructuring process by planning around unanticipated cash tax leakage, optimizing the preservation of tax assets, and identifying risks and efficiencies from strategic transactions.

An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability. The salary range is $165,000 - $200,000annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance.
