Job summary

GH Engage is expanding its advisory team in New York to appoint a Director who will lead restructuring and debt advisory engagements across data centres, neoclouds and digital infrastructure. This is a high-impact role shaping capital strategy for capital-intensive clients.

You will work with lenders, investors and senior management, develop strategies, manage live mandates, and drive business development in the digital infrastructure markets. FINRA Series 79 is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in restructuring, debt advisory, leveraged finance or investment banking.
• Experience advising on complex debt structures and capital-intensive businesses.
• Exposure to infrastructure, power, data centres or digital infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of capital structures, debt covenants, refinancing and lender negotiations.
• Excellent financial modelling, analytical and transaction execution skills.
• Ability to manage senior client relationships and lead live mandates.
• FINRA Series 79 required.

The rapid expansion of AI and digital infrastructure has created significant demand for capital. As data centre and neocloud platforms mature, refinancing, debt restructuring and balance-sheet optimisation are becoming increasingly important.

GH Engage is working with a growing advisory team looking to appoint a Director to lead restructuring and debt advisory engagements across data centres, neoclouds and digital infrastructure.

This is an opportunity to work on complex, capital-intensive situations involving project finance, GPU-backed lending, refinancing and liability management.
