Job summary

University of California, Los Angeles seeks a Student Life and Development Supervisor to support UCLA Residential Life and Student Affairs in fostering academic success and holistic growth. You will work across programs that empower Bruin students and build inclusive communities.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, program analysis, budget coordination, and collaborative stakeholder engagement to enhance living-learning environments across campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education and/or student advising or conduct.
• Ability to supervise staff and foster growth.
• Ability to organize information, people and budgets.
• Analytical skills to evaluate programs and outcomes.
• Knowledge of budgeting and finance practices (preferred).
• Ability to lead and guide others, incl. residents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise residential life programs and staff.
• Analyze program effectiveness and report on outcomes.
• Support student development and community building initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with student conduct policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with campus partners to align with UCLA priorities.
