What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of 15+ research engineers, setting clear expectations and coaching for success
- Collaborate with customers and product leaders to shape the future of CoCounsel for Tax, Accounting, and Audit
- Drive the end-to-end model development lifecycle in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee multiple large projects and initiatives across key product lines in Tax & Accounting
- Present work to customers and external venues confidently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent; Master’s or PhD preferred
- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in Machine Learning products and solutions
- 5+ years of management experience leading high-performing teams in an agile environment
- Proven experience integrating machine learning solutions into production-grade software
- Expertise in Python development and familiarity with libraries such as Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, and others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8+ years of management experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks such as Named Entity Recognition and Information Retrieval
- Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript
