Middle Tennessee State University seeks a Director for the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) to provide strategic and operational leadership for the University's sponsored research enterprise. The Director will guide the lifecycle from pre-award to post-award, ensuring service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Master's degree from an accredited institution.
• Doctoral degree desired.
• Eight years of progressively responsible experience in sponsored programs administration, research administration, research development, or a closely related field, including leadership or management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the University's sponsored research enterprise.
• Develop multiyear strategy to increase external funding and grow the sponsored portfolio.
• Lead across research development, pre-/post-award administration, compliance, and related sponsored-program functions.
