• Bachelor's degree required.
• 72 months of experience, 24 of which include supervisory/managerial responsibilities, in procurement, proposal submissions, contract negotiations, grant and contract administration; 36 months directly related to sponsored program administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the university's grants, contracts, and sponsored programs administration.
• Ensure effective management of the full lifecycle of externally funded research, including proposal development, submission, award negotiation, compliance, and post-award coordination.
• Oversee research administration staff and collaborate with faculty investigators and university leadership to support growth, integrity, and compliance of research activities.
