The ideal candidate will work closely with the Research Director and the political team to advance our mission of strengthening bipartisan support for the U.S. policies through robust, data-driven research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on elections, candidates, districts, and emerging developments related to federal campaigns.
• Draft high-quality research reports and strategic memos.
• Compile and verify backup documentation for election-related materials.
• Collaborate closely with research, political, and analytics teams to ensure the timely production and delivery of accurate research products.
• Assist with rapid-response research needs during the election cycle.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in campaign, nonprofit, or government research roles (political research experience strongly preferred).

This role offers a competitive salary between $80,000 and $90,000, based on experience and qualifications. FPBP provides a comprehensive benefits package, contributing to a strong total compensation offering. The position is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote each week.
