Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Director, Renewal Sales for the Americas Region. This role will report directly to the Vice President, Global Renewals, and will be part of the Customer Success Organization. The Director will lead the AMER renewal sales team with ownership of the Gross Renewal Rate (GRR), supporting the transition of customers to SaaS and AI solutions, driving growth within accounts, and mitigating risk to ensure successful renewals.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $168,000 – $200,000 per year. This position is eligible for a commission within a range of $42,000 - $50,000 subject to meeting targets set forth in a sales compensation plan. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
