Candidates should have JD, US bar, 7+ years in renewable energy transactions, and a track record in commercial energy deals.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active US bar in good standing.
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience in renewable energy.
• Experience drafting/purchasing agreements for solar projects.
• Experience with EPC contracts and site control.
• Knowledge of land-use, permitting, and interconnection.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary legal partner to Solar origination team.
• Draft, review, negotiate PPAs, leases, and related agreements.
• Advise on structuring new solar opportunities.
• Lead site control for utility-scale Solar and BESS.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on site strategies.
• Review EPC agreements and provide interpretation during construction.
• Develop scalable templates and playbooks for recurring transactions.
