You will manage a team of developers, drive strategic planning, and shepherd projects from site control to NTP in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in renewable energy development, deep market insight, and a track record of delivering results while coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of development teams and project portfolios.
• Strong understanding of power market dynamics and permitting processes.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy to grow the project pipeline and manage a team of development managers.
• Oversee full-cycle development from land acquisition through Notice to Proceed (NTP).
• Direct negotiations for vendor contracts and consultant engagements.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Interconnection, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Construction teams.
