Your deep technical skills across 401(k), Defined Benefit, Cash Balance, and Nonqualified Deferred Compensation plans enable you to identify risks, propose solutions, and articulate plan design and regulatory considerations with confidence.

This position also draws on your leadership and coaching skills as you guide a high‑performing team responsible for operational accuracy and daily service delivery. You’ll foster a culture of accountability, critical thinking, continuous improvement, and client‑first execution.

If you excel at navigating complexity, influencing decisions, and delivering enterprise‑level value, this role offers the opportunity to lead at scale while advancing Schwab’s mission to serve clients with integrity and innovation.
