Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation Services to lead, plan, and evaluate inpatient rehabilitation for children and adults. You will oversee daily operations, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and drive strategic development while ensuring fiscal responsibility and high-quality care.

This role requires strong leadership, regulatory expertise, and the ability to implement department goals and improve patient outcomes in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience leading rehabilitation services or healthcare departments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of rehabilitation services across diverse patient populations, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develops and implements department goals, objectives, and workflow processes to optimize productivity and service delivery.
• Provides leadership and supervision to rehabilitation staff, managing recruitment, retention, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with CMS, TJC, and other regulatory standards and accreditation processes.
• Manages department budgets, resource allocation, and financial planning for cost-effective operations.
