Job summary

Regeneron seeks a Director to lead Regulatory Strategy Planning & Operations in the Global Development area. This role drives objective setting, quarterly reporting, and budget oversight for the RA, GPS & DQ functions.

You will collaborate across functional lines, manage stakeholder communications, and guide process improvements to support organizational goals. You will work with senior leadership to align strategies, develop dashboards, and ensure timely issue escalation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech with global development planning & operations.
• Experience providing strategic oversight, coordination, and leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotech operations and drug development.
• Strong organizational and analytical, communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee objective and goal setting, quarterly reporting, and resource/budget planning.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Manage issue tracking, dashboards, and management reporting for decision-making.
• Lead planning discussions and support leadership with insights and visibility.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding, talent reviews, and postings.
• Partner with Finance to inform budgeting and spend tracking.
