Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 8 years of experience within a regulatory body or regulatory advisory role at a commercial bank.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business unit’s resident expert on regulatory matters surrounding a variety of commercial credit topics.
• Stay current on regulatory expectations and inform the business unit of anticipated actions or shifts in tone.
• Work with risk, review and regulatory teams to address changes within the business unit.
• Lead regulatory reporting conformance and drive enterprise-wide regulatory requirements.
• Ensure processes and governance routines conform to regulatory and enterprise expectations.
• Meet regulatory documentation requirements and contribute to positive exam results.
• Act as in-business counsel to UW&PM teams at the transaction level.
• Manage multiple complex initiatives with forward-thinking project planning.
