You will be an integral member of a team delivering regulatory, risk and compliance advice and solutions to clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, energy, retail, corporate and government.Key responsibilities of the role include:Advising clients on the development and implementation of risk frameworks, the assessment of risk programs, and the design of controls and controls testing and upliftDesigning and implementing regulatory engagement strategies and regulatory change and compliance programsOverseeing the successful delivery of engagements, including onboarding teams, designing delivery and implementation strategies, managing client relationships, monitoring profitability and budgets, and supervising/coaching the teamTaking a key role in business development activities, such as designing and running campaigns, developing client plans, developing and managing bids/proposals, conducting thought leadership, and building internal
