Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Director of Regulatory Information Management (RIM) to lead policy and technology initiatives across regulatory functions. You will design, implement, and continuously improve RIM capabilities (Cosmos) and drive data integrity and KPI reporting for leadership.

Responsibilities include strategic design of the RIM solution, cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging regulatory knowledge to influence process improvements and inspections readiness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of pharmaceutical, device, or related industry experience.
• 5 years of experience leading a team.
• Life Science leadership role with strong management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong business acumen and negotiating skills.
• Experience in complex, matrix environments.
• Ability to craft compelling business cases and sell ideas.
• Proven project planning and management of complex initiatives.
