Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Director Regional Practice to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will lead regional practice operations with a strong focus on performance improvement, execution discipline, and accountability across multiple sites. The Director will partner closely with physicians, practice leaders, and senior executives to translate enterprise priorities into consistent regional strategies. This position is centered on strengthening revenue cycle visibility, establishing operating rhythms, and building a high-performing leadership team that can drive measurable operational outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $122,900 – $184,350 annually

Responsibilities

• Establish a regional baseline and prioritized improvement plan for assigned practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, nursing, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, physician practice, revenue cycle, or regional leadership
• 3+ years of people leadership or multi-site operational leadership experience
• Proven track record of improving performance across multiple practices or facilities
• Experience collaborating with physicians, practice administrators, and senior executives
