Director, Regional Marketing - Northeast

Job Overview

The Director, Regional Marketing, is responsible for engaging healthcare professionals to build educational platforms, generate insights, and inform brand and disease-state strategies. This is a field-based role with extensive travel (>60%) within the Northeast region, reporting to the Senior Director of US OL and Congress Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with opinion leaders in hematology and oncology.
2. Create regional OL strategies, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
3. Engage OLs to gather insights and develop advocacy, measured through sentiment analysis.
4. Conduct on-label discussions on disease diagnosis, treatment, and product positioning.
5. Coordinate OL interactions at conferences and other venues.
6. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure OL engagement is aligned with commercial strategies.

Qualifications

Basic: Bachelor's Degree + 12 years, or Master's + 10 years, or PhD + 8 years of experience.

Preferred: 12+ years in pharma/biotech, experience in hematology/oncology, leadership experience, strong relationship-building skills, and excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
