Job summary

WoodmenLife is seeking a Director Recruiting Sales Manager Development to lead onboarding, development, and support of Recruiting Sales Managers across regions. Responsibilities include designing a comprehensive program, coordinating training modules, and ensuring alignment with sales goals and compliance.

The role requires directing weekly manager communications, conducting meetings, monitoring results, and driving growth through effective recruiting and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, recruiting strategy, field management support, or the insurance/financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Directs the creation, implementation & ongoing support of a recruiting and development strategy for Recruiting Sales Managers.
• Establishes a daily schedule for Recruiting Sales Managers to support their efforts.
• Establishes training modules in partnership with senior leadership.
• Contacts contracted Recruiting Sales Managers weekly to review progress and reach goals.
• Conducts in-person and virtual meetings to provide tools and resources for growth.
• Provides weekly progress updates to Sales Managers.
• Aligns with regional strategies to increase member servicing through recruiting, development, and field support.
• Oversees contracting, compensation, accounting, and production reporting operations.
