Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, Business, or Finance.
- Minimum 7 years in real estate development, project finance, or economic development finance.
- Experience with tax credits, public financing, and CDFIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Baltimore's civic landscape is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and operations strategy across BDC real estate assets.
- Coordinate with consultants and manage financing of complex projects.
- Prepare financial models, pro formas, investment analyses.
- Oversee portfolio budgets and capital improvement plans.
- Foster community wealth-building and affordability goals.
