Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience with NYC real estate operations and leases preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly within NYC and work flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Create a coherent system for tracking all lease portfolio aspects.
• Manage landlord relationships and coordinate with program staff and finance.
• Identify new leases and exit underperforming ones with cross‑department input.
• Develop and monitor a system for violation discharge and reporting.
• Oversee OPWDD development projects on time and within budget.
