Job summary

PsiQuantum is seeking a Director, Platform & System to define strategy for delivering a complete photonic-powered platform. You will own system requirements, architecture, and cross-subsystem trade-offs from specification through prototype to production, defining form factor, rack design, power, thermal, monitoring, and serviceability.

Lead collaboration with OEM/ODM and partners to ensure manufacturability, testability, and successful deployment, while shaping the customer orchestration

Qualifications

• 10+ years in hardware systems engineering with leadership.
• 3+ years directing system architecture for rack-mounted datacenter products.
• Experience delivering from spec through prototype with a contract manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Own system requirements, form factor, power, thermal, and connectivity specs.
• Define delivery strategy and integration with partners and OEMs.
• Ensure manufacturability, testability, and deployment readiness.
