PGIM is seeking a Director to advance our quantitative equity strategies within the Quantitative Equity Research team. You will lead research initiatives, shape investment processes, and communicate findings to clients and internal teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will source and integrate diverse datasets, author white papers, and present insights to drive superior risk-adjusted returns. A graduate degree is required and Ph.D.

Qualificações

• Graduate degree required; Ph.D. preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of research experience in quantitative investing.
• Strong Python skills and ability to manage large datasets.
• Experience with machine learning, AI, and NLP is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Drive independent, rigorous research projects to develop new security signals.
• Source, integrate, and analyze large datasets across stock, industry, and macro levels.
• Author white papers and present findings to clients and prospects.
• Monitor external research to inform and advance PGIM's work.
• Deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
