About the Opportunity:
As Director of Quality, Risk & Compliance, you'll be at the helm of critical hospital functions—including Quality/Performance Improvement, Risk Management, and the Medical Staff Office—while also serving as the facility’s Patient Safety Officer and Ethics & Compliance Officer. This is a high-impact position reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, with visible influence across clinical, operational, and administrative areas.

Your Responsibilities Include:
Championing performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
Leading cross-functional teams and aligning clinical operations with strategic goals
Driving safety culture and managing ethics and compliance initiatives
Overseeing regulatory and accreditation readiness, including TJC and CMS
Coordinating quality scorecards, Six Sigma efforts, and PI education across the facility

Clinical or risk management licensure in good standing
