Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Quality leader to define and drive the global QMS strategy across all sites, aligning ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements with the product lifecycle.

You will own the BMS certification strategy and govern core quality processes, leading the Change Control Board and driving digital transformation of quality systems across Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree; or 10 years and a Master's; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global QMS strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Establish and govern enterprise-wide quality systems across all sites (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements).
• Own the global BMS certification strategy.
• Govern the effectiveness of core quality processes.
• Lead Change Control Board (CCB) for enterprise changes.
• Ensure integration of quality systems across the Product Lifecycle (PLC).
• Own global restricted materials compliance (RoHS, REACH, PFAS).
• Drive digital transformation of quality systems.
• Champion First Time Right (FTR) performance.
• Lead enterprise quality performance management.

• Define and lead the global Quality Management System (QMS) strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Establish and govern enterprise-wide quality systems, including policies, standards, and controls across all sites (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer‑specific requirements)
• Own the global Business Management System (BMS) certification strategy
• Govern the effectiveness of core quality processes
• Lead enterprise change governance through the global Change Control Board (CCB)
• Ensure integration of quality systems across the Product Lifecycle (PLC)
• Own global restricted materials compliance (e.g., RoHS, REACH, PFAS)
• Drive digital transformation of quality systems
• Champion First Time Right (FTR) performance
• Lead enterprise quality performance management
• Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and enterprise functions

Requirements
