Job summary

Viridian Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a seasoned QC Analytical leader in Waltham, MA to drive strategy and operations for internal teams and external CMOs/CTLs. You will oversee method lifecycle, data review, and regulatory interactions while ensuring timely QC commitments across the program.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 8+ years in biopharmaceutical QC and experience with analytical methods (ELISA, HPLC/UPLC) and regulatory submissions. Office-based with three days on-site.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 8+ years in biopharma QC or analytical development.
• Experience with QC analytical method lifecycle, transfers and validation.
• Experience with external CMOs/CTLs and regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the QC Analytical team and external partners.
• Develop specifications, reference standards, and reagents per regulatory needs.
• Analyze complex analytical data for stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead method lifecycle management, transfers, validations, and improvements.
• Oversee external CMOs/CTLs for testing, stability, and product release.
• Support regulatory submissions and inspection readiness activities.
• Collaborate with QA, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Development teams.
