The Director of Pursuit & Business Development plays a critical role in driving strategic marketing initiatives, pursuit efforts, and business development activities for the Logistics and Industrial team. This role is responsible for shaping go-to-market strategies, overseeing campaign execution, and supporting the team in securing new business opportunities through compelling proposals and presentations. The role blends strategic thinking, creative oversight, and cross-functional coordination to enhance the visibility and success of our property listings and service offerings.

Job Description

About the role:

  • Serve as a strategic lead for business pursuits, pitch management, marketing strategy, and project coordination across all logistics and industrial projects.

  • Design and implement integrated marketing and brand strategies tailored to individual projects, while aligning with the broader company objectives.

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns — from strategic planning and creative development to execution.

  • Collaborate on the development of high-impact pitch materials, including proposals and presentations, to support the team in securing new leasing and sales mandates.

  • Manage project timelines, campaign tools, and performance tracking systems, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to improve project outcomes.

  • Support communication efforts across projects, including content development, media outreach, and event planning.

  • Utilize and optimize the company's CRM system (Cushman & Wakefield's platform) to enhance marketing effectiveness, track leads, and drive revenue opportunities.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, real estate market dynamics, customer personas, and evolving user needs within the logistics and industrial space.

  • Analyze how target audiences engage with marketing efforts and recommend strategies to improve reach and effectiveness.

  • Perform additional duties as required in support of business development and pursuit goals.
